We came across this eatery by chance. The two waitresses in this restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating! Food was excellent!

A few steps outside the city center in a beautiful building with a nice, if clear map, but on which there is something for every taste. The dishes are home-style, East Frisian, German. Small drawback, the candle on the table could have been lit, music would be nice and the prices are at least a bit high in the evening (there is a lunch menu as far as I know).

The steak is awesome, totally delicious and very tender

Eaten super tasty for an affordable price. Manageable menu, but I would have liked to try 7 or 8 dishes immediately! Had fish pan with excellent stir fry vegetables and a great roast lamb. Gladly again :-)

For many years we passed this cute restaurant and kept saying we had to go there. Today I ask myself why did we keep putting it on the long run? We were there on Thursday. Very cozy, rustic dining room, I really like the bar. The food was down to earth and very tasty - no frills and no frills, simply delicious ?. The service was very friendly . We will be back.

We recommend! The fish pan was delicious, the vegetables crisp and the fish cooked to the point! The price-performance ratio is right! Rustic, beautiful atmosphere with old photographs from the area on the walls and lots of wood!
